课程目标

本课程是特地针对EDBA的学员设计的，因为你们有一定的公司管理经验，现在处于事业的一定时期，倾向于将公司管理经验与学术研究结合起来。

课程目标是在会计和控制理论课上从理论和国际化的维度提供解决方案。该课程主要介绍金融会计的基础理论。

该课程也对会计领域的不同研究趋势做了对比。例如：实证主义，解释主义和批判社会理论。该课程也通过案例和研究论文探讨会计人员与社会之间的关系。

从学科的视角阐述金融会计理论
• 财务会计理论基础理论：历史，范式和概念
• 功能性和规范性方法：作为一门组织系统的准则和学说
• 实证方法：实证会计理论作为决策对财务报表的有效性
• 解释学方法：财务会计和社会制度实践
• 财务会计研究的批判视角：财务报表作为言论和政治手段
 
从实践的视角阐述财务会计理论
• 概念框架和标准
• 测量，会计数据和资金流
• 财务报表和国际会计
• 环境和社会报表

毕业于蒙彼利埃一大经济学专业，1982年获得注册会计师，1995-1997年法国国家会计理事会成员，1997年获得波尔多大学博士学位。

2000年为欧盟的控制评估系统担任专家顾问，作为专家教授也参与了马达加斯加的审计商学院的教师项目。

2003年，作为法国政府机构和当地政府邀请的专家参与喀麦隆会计注册师资格证考试的试题设计，协助和监督工作。
