博士后概况
清华大学作为我国首批设立博士后科研流动站的单位，从最初的7个流动站发展到目前的48个，涉及的学科从最初单一的工程学科，如今发展到不仅覆盖了理工科的全部一级学科，而且拓展到了文、史、哲、经济、管理等多学科领域；进站博士后从第一年的8人发展到2018年的900余人、在站博士后2100余名；累计招收博士后已超过11000多名，其中还包括越来越多的海外博士后。博士后规模居全国高校首位，已成为我校发展不可缺少的一支生力军。清华大学博士后制度的建立、发展、完善和博士后工作的迅速发展得益于全国博士后管理委员会、中国博士后科学基金会的大力支持，同时也得益于清华大学各院系的高度重视和精心实施。过去30年的发展历程中，清华大学博士后规模日益扩大、质量逐步提升、管理制度不断完善、人才培养和科研成绩斐然，社会声誉不断提高，为国家的经济建设和社会发展做出了卓越贡献。
